DESIGNING
We have a full-fledged in-house Design Studio. Each season collections are developed based on trend forecasting. Fabric and accessories libraries are updated regularly. The Design Studio in co-ordination with the Sampling department translates the designs into collections adapting them to customer requirments.
SAMPLING
Sampling deparment with a capacity of 3000 pieces per month is well-equipped sampling unit with an array of machinery, computer embroidery machine, CAD system and printing facilities, and caters to the sampling needs of the buyers round the year.
PRODUCTION
With a network of 30 factories between woven and knits located in Mumbai, Tirupur and Chennai, Mantra has combined capacity of 1.5 million pieces per month, across several product categories.
WET AND DRY PROCESSING
Wet and Dry processing facilities, at the Chennai plant, comprises of Dryers, Extractor Hydro Machines, Dry Cleaning Machines, Grinding Machines etc. of various capacities. Our expertise lies in special washes and finishes such as Tea Stain Wash – Rubber Ball Wash – Enzyme Wash – Bleach Wash – Softener Wash – Silicon Softener Wash, Sand Blasting – Whiskering – Hand Grinding.
An extensive in-house water treatment and re-cycling plant makes possible the use of yarn / garment dyes and enzyme washes, with minimal impact to the local ecology and sewage system. Furthermore, the enterprise water treatment plant is utilized to recycle our previously treated water and purifies it for reuse within the factory.

Our State of Art production units and a comprehensive quality assurance system ensure that every product which makes its way out of the factory & into the hands of our customers will offer the satisfaction of world class merchandise. Every inch of fabric is checked in our quest to achieve the finest results. Our stringent quality policy emphasis on intermediary checks ensures little or no rework and accuracy at all times.
Mantra prides itself as a quality conscious, and a competitive supplier, with the ability to service large runs on a basic product as well as a small quantity of value added products.

GROWTH INITIATIVES
Our growth plan has been charted with the current market trends and emerging global requirements. Keeping pace with changing technologies, we at Mantra Exports endeavour to take various initiatives that help in increasing productivity and reducing overhead costs. We spend a substantial amount on technology upgrades and IT solutions for the apparel industry. The in-house developed ERP system integrates all operations and regulates the total process flow to avoid any flaws in the system.
Key thrust areas would be backward integration with focus on technological upgradation for the enhancement of Productivity and Quality, Joint Ventures, and Integrated Human Resource Development.
